In software development, pair programming and mob programming can support teamwork. In the same way, as there are rules and conventions in the methodical procedure that we question in retrospectives, one should also know a few basic behaviors for working in pairs or mobs in order to be able to analyze and improve them retrospectively.
You can use it for solving just the one bug, you can do it a few times a week, or you can go all in. We went all in.

Like pairing, it has a driver, who codes, and navigators, who provides direction. Full-time pair programming is awesome, except that it burns introverts out. Part-time mob programming yields the same benefits but is sustainable. Plus, it is easier to sell to management, works great for remote teams and supports diversity! In software development, pair programming and mob programming can support teamwork.
